Didn't we use this in one of our first monthly challenges? I recall writing a story about a Nathaniel...

Music is a big help in writing. Things with atmosphere or deep lyrics. I'm currently using the soundtrack to The Dark Knight, actually to help me with my big scenes (or I was until I had nothing to write).

My first inspiration, aside from a friend talking me into it was a song.
"Your Wildest Dreams" by the Moody Blues.
the song touched me deeply. I have lost in my life and I felt the same felling, do you ever think of me, is a line from the song. It was the basis of my novel KnorraSky the Deception. In the book my main character has a loved one torn from him and he has no idea why or whether the person is alive. Then a bird comes to him and from that time on he knows, but the question keeps coming up, do you ever think of me, also a thought in the song. Each day before I wrote I would turn on the song so I would keep the emotion and the drive of the book. In the end I feel it takes the song to even greater heights. I plan on sending a copy of the book to the group and thanking them for their beautiful music.
